I. Background
The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) is implementing a 5-years Project entitled "Vietnam: Promoting Energy Conservation in Small and Medium Scale Enterprise" (PECSME). This Project is a joint effort of UNDP/GEF and the Government of Viet Nam, aiming at encouraging application of the energy efficient practices among SMEs in Vietnam, and through that contributing to the reduction of GHG emission among the sectors.
The Project is seeking two (02) Local Consultants: one Financial Mechanism Evaluation Consultant and one Demonstration Performance Evaluation.
