Graduate or postgraduate Degree in energy technology - engineering or economics.
- 5 years experience in outlining the CDM strategy and screening opportunities, UNFCCC procedures, methodology and modalities.
- Proven track record conducting international / national research on CDM.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
8) Admin support and reference documents
- Working place for the International Consultant will be provided at the PECSME office.
- The PMU will proceed with the training delivery evaluation at the end of the three-day training session.
In addition, the PMU will be responsible for making the arrangements in regard to meetings, training delivery and printing of training material.
- The IC will be required to conduct a one-week site presence in Vietnam from November 2 to 7, 2009.
Prior his (her) site presence, the IC is required to comprehensively prepare the training material (training curriculum and Power Point presentations), and submit these documents to the PMU 10 days prior the training delivery.
